Top Knot.

When I was in India last time (Nov. 09 - Feb. 10) I shaved my head (except for a little tail) and have been growing it since.
And now I'm finally able to tie it up again, top knot style (with the aid of a few bobby pins to help the shorter back and side, yes only one side)!
And the growing continues...

Little Indian.

This past weekend I went to Little India (it's about as close as I can get to India right now) with my Mom, cousin, and David so we could eateateat. We ate lots of delicious food and walked around and looked at some beautiful (and some tacky, not necessarily bad) Indian clothes. As much as I love Little India, it doesn't compare to "Big" India, but it is always nice to eat Indian foods such as chaat and samosas, that my family doesn't normally make at home.
Here are a couple photos of my outfit...

Peace.

Suit Up.

I've been kind of lazy with getting dressed lately so I thought I would do a suit post. I'm pretty obsessed with suits and I think they're a great way to make getting dressed easier (sometimes) as well as a way to look more pulled together. And you can wear them so many different ways! Duh, I'm a jewelry designer so I'm all about accessories changing an outfit. So here's a quick selection (from traditional pants-and-jacket to more modern pajama-style suits)  from the Resort 2012 collections...

SUPPORT.

FOUND.

I had a business meeting in Glendale the other day so this was my bizness look.

Afterwards, David and I went to a vegan restaurant in Los Feliz. They had a really big menu which always makes me kind of nervous but I had yellow curry with wild rice and it was really good.
Then later, we discovered (actually, David found it online) a Japanese, organic, vegan restaurant called Shojin that is just a couple blocks from puja palace. IT WAS AMAZING. Very possibly my new favorite restaurant. We've been two nights in a row and we'll definitely go back again soon. Like, NOW.

Spicy "Tuna" on Crispy Rice and Spicy Fried Tofu.
Shojin Gyoza.
Macadamia Chocolate Cake. (It's raw! And SO delicious.)

Monozygotic.

Rahab (my twin sister, for those of you who don't know) was in hibernation for a while but is now back and in action. She recently started a tumblr (www.rahabinheels.tumblr.com) and performed for the first time in WAY too long. Check her out...

India, I Miss You.

Thought I'd post some photos of my last trip to India because I'm always thinking about it.
