XMAS XI.

Happy New Year!!! Today is the first day of 2012 and I feel like it's going to be an amazing year. And I'm so ready for it! I'm catching up with photos so these are from Christmas day. I will be posting NYE photos soon!

Christmas Eve.

On Christmas Eve, I went to my Mom's house and my brother, his girlfriend and I helped prepare a bunch of foooood. We were expecting 60 people for dinner the next night so there was a lot to do so we put on some Christmas music and got our cook on.

(Oh, and David and I made a great gingerbread house! The little guy on the roof with the dog is our tribute to "Best in Show", basically one of the most amazing movies ever.)

Occupy LA.

I live a few blocks from LA City Hall where Occupy LA was held for the first while before they got evicted by hundreds of cops. These photos are from a few weeks before the eviction. I tried to get a glimpse of the raid but when I went out that night I couldn't even get within a few blocks of City Hall in every direction. Glad I got some photos while they were still there.

Childhood Memories.

When I was younger I took riding lessons for six or seven years and have loved horses for as long as I can remember. One day I hope to own horses of my own and a big, beautiful piece of land for us to live on.
