Blazer Routine.

Sushi Date.

On Sunday night, I went for a sushi date with David and my faaabulous friend Raya who I met in high school and is amazing. I'm totally into red but I really don't have much of it in my closet right now (need to fix that!) so I did a red/burgundy combo with a white button down to keep it clean. And I wore some big puja bling earrings so I thought I'd keep the gold theme with a draped chain necklace. Et, voila.

Oh, and PS. That little pouch I'm carrying will be available on the puja Shop soon. Along with the small and large sizes. Stay tuned!

Contrariwise, If You Think We're Alive You Ought To Speak To Us.

Today, David and I went to a Tim Burton themed birthday party for a ONE year old! And that one year old is the adorable son of one of my best friends, Lisa, who is an incredibly talented artist/jeweler/textile designer/human being. We were told to wear black and white so David thought of Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum! We even painted the stripes on our tshirts last night. So much fun!

I went to a friend's birthday party last night at this speakeasy where you needed a password to get in. It was super fun! Here's the leopard look that I wore...

Fort Awesome.

I can't believe I haven't posted these yet! A couple months ago, David and I built a fort in the Palace and it was one of the best things we've ever done! It was so nice to have a calm, serene place to chill, draw, watch movies, etc. And we even got to sleep in it! Lydia, David's dog, also loved it. She's normally quite hyper and active but the fort totally zen-ed her out.

We had the fort up for almost a month and I took photos throughout that time so I would now like to present to you... FORT AWESOME...

Yard Sale Traces.

As mentioned earlier, I went to a yard sale last weekend hosted by Jazzi, Jayne, Natalie, Nia and Alicia!

And these are the pants I bought from Jayne! Velvet, harem goodness that I've already worn a bunch. <3

I also block printed this tshirt last night. They're little paisleys! I'm going to be making some for the puja Shop soon!

Oh! And tomorrow I'm going to the Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo with David and a couple friends. #ROADTRIP Photos soon.

Creation Continuation.

I made some new necklaces and bracelets yesterday and I will be putting them up in the puja Shop today and tomorrow so check it out when you have a minute! Here's a peek into my work area.

Highway Dreams.

Feeling really inspired again lately and loving it. Tonight, I hung out with Ashley, my best friend from college, and we watched The Devil Wears Prada (a movie that is near and dear to us and a significant reminder of our friendship) and talked for hours. It was great! I always love getting to catch up with her and it's fun because, like she mentioned tonight, we've been friends since the very first day of college so it's really exciting to be be able to share our experiences with someone who is on a similar journey.

PS. My goal this year is to write more on this blog. It is a muscle that must be worked
out. Right now mine is flabby and a little lazy. But I'm already working on it (see writing above photos).
